Hello All,

Are any of you aware of what carriers write CA Artisan Contractors w/ Residential Completed Ops (1185 or equiv). Most carriers I work with only issue completed ops endorsements on commercial jobs. Tract home coverage is also needed.

Admitted or E&S is fine.

AFAIK, Benchmark issues Residential Completed Ops endts but their A rating is a bit too low.

Any feedback is well appreciate.
