I have a security firm in Texas sending employees to Saudi Arabia for 6-8 weeks as instructors for a specific training contract. They want to cover them for all medical including possible gunshot, ied detonation etc, including immediate treatment and also medivac asap from Saudi to Houston door to door. Also, life insurance for the duration of the contract in Saudi.

You may want to check and see if some one like ACE (http://www.acegroup.com/us-en/) could handle something like this. I know they do a great deal in the international market.
