Need a market for a home in heavy brush in CA

I am looking for a market for a home located in California that is in very heavy brush. They are currently with the Fair Plan but would like to get out of it. Any suggestions?

If the dwelling is in a brush zone with at least 200 feet of brush clearance on all sides, we offer coverage as an HO3, DP3 or DP1.
If the dwelling does not have 200 feet of clearance, we can still offer an Wrap Around or DIC (Difference In Conditions).
