You better get yourself one heck of an understanding insurer and do one heck of of a job putting that Non-Owned coverage together. Are you aware that if your winery customer is in a rental car, the rental car contract coverage is void the moment a driver not listed as a driver on the contract hops beind the wheel? What's your plan to pay for the damages to the rental car when your designated driver blows the stop sign? The rental car contract does not give the renter any authority to grant driving priveleges to others. If the renter purchased Loss Damage Waiver because he has no physical damage coverage on his own auto policy, and the LDW is now void because of your designated driver, problems will arise. Are you sure this is a good business plan?
