Does anyone know of a Workers Compensation Market (standard) for a small to mid sized Temporary Staffing Agency? Premium should be around $50,000. if I can find a market. :)

Did you try Applied Underwriters, I know the program is a hard sell.
But I think they can do it. Pretty good rates, CA and other states

Try a company that is new to the State of CA: FirstComp Insurance. I can't remember their toll free # but their local # is 1-402-926-0099. I used to work for them and I know we wrote some similar type accounts in Nevada.

I couldn't find coverage for one of those here in Illinois... They told me that they were through St. Paul/Travelers a year ago when I tried to find them another market.

Iam an agent in NC and i know for a fact First Comp will not right these types of accounts. If they somehow do, please let me know, because our underwriter always declines them. Try Smith, Bell & Thompson, they have a program for Temp Staffing Nursing. http://www.sbtinsurance.com Hope this helps.
