PEO/Temp/Staffing Industry Opportunities

We have just purchased 2 staffing companies: one in California and one in Florida. We are able to do business in most States and in most class codes (including trucking, construction, agro). We work with brokers and have A rated insurance.
We also have a division that services the PEO/Staffing/Temp Industries. We have been retained by 5 different PEO/Staffing/Temp companies to facilitate mergers & acquisitions. We are paid by the buyer, so if this is an opportunity for you, so that you can represent (and be paid by) the seller.
We are looking for PEO/Staffing/Temp companies in all 50 States. The buyers have insurance in place, and most are intrested in keeping the company's identy and continuing to operate it as such. It has been a sellers market, and now is the time for owners to get maximum value for the the company.
We will consider Books of Business, but our clients prefer full, intact, PEO/Staffing/Temp companies.
