CA WC Carrier - Clear Compensation

Has anyone run into or know something about this new carrier in CA for Workers Compensation "Clear Compensation"? We have run into them twice and have very little informaiton.

Clear Comp is a program being touted by Pavlo, Weinberg & Associates, Insurance Brokers, License Number 0719267. It is not a W/C company, but a "program" that they established.
You can access information on Clear Comp at the following web-site:
http://www.clearcomp.com/. They claim to offer, medical bill review, ex mod worksheet reviews, WC claim's management, policy audits (to uncover premium discounts), etc... They are doing the same thing most agencies that specialize in W/C are already doing.
They have a unique marketing plan, and a "money back guarantee" if coverage is placed through them for a minimum of 3 years. I hope this helps. Alan.
