Non emergency medical transportation for hire

I am a new insurance broker in Southern California. I have recently ran into a few people that are looking for Non emergency medical transportation for hire. Every MGA I go to seems to want to charge an unbelievable amount for this type of insurance. I was wondering if anyone out there knew of an insurance company that specializes in this type of insurance and has a good price. Please email me

There is a Zurich Ambulance Package Policy program on ZProgramsMatch.com that includes non emergency medical transportation. Please research the program here,
