AIG and several others through their International Underwriters - AIG used to use AIU.

Guam is a strange place for agents unfamiliar with its culture. I would simply use a local reputable agent - try Takagi & Associates, Inc. 1-671-475-4373.

Good luck.

Ooops. Trish, I just noticed that you are on Guam, so I didn't give you any information you already didn't have - sorry. I suppose you were looking for a surplus lines market willing to write outside of your own standard markets.

Safeco Surplus Lines Insurance Company out of their home office in Seattle, Washington might help. I still think AIU is your best bet.
