Insuring Fabric Structures
I work for a smaller P & C company that also has a farm product. We are starting to see requests to insure fabric structures for farm equipment. The company is called Clear Span Fabric Structures. Has anybody worked with this structure before? Who else insures this product? Any information that I can get would be helpful. Thanks

Re: Insuring Fabric Structures
I wouldn't think any insurance company in their right mind would insure this product for property coverage. The ASU football program had one that blew apart in a wind storm to the tune of about $8 mil. It would be like insuring a tent or canopy.

Why not call the company marketing/sales department http://www.fabricstructures.com and talk with them about their client's and insurance problems, solutions and options etc.
