I have a client that is in the process of building a new hospital in Alaska.
They will need all lines of coverage: GL, Med Mal, Property, Auto, Work Comp, etc.
Does anyone know of any carriers who are writing those lines for that industry or any programs available??

Essentially, ENPRO Environmental provides design review, construction monitoring and performance testing of new medical facilities specifically addressing moisture and mold prevention. We use our unique understanding of architecture and building performance problems to ensure resource efficient, healthy, durable buildings.
Presently, we are working with a team comprised of Constructor, Architect and Financier on a new 80,000 square foot wellness center in Sarasota, Florida. As a national opertating firm, ENPRO, provides these services on such projects throughout the country.
