I am looking for an aggregator or a cluster to join, that specializes in non-traditional auto polices. My customers are mostly
non-US licensed foreigners. TIA

You probably don't need to join any aggregators if you plan to specialize in non-standard personal auto. Appointments from carriers write drivers with foreign license shouldn't be too hard to get.

Depends on the state. I'm only familiar with California markets - Progressive (Drive), Foremost, Infinity, Kemper specialty, Mapfre (Commerce West).
