Personal Lines Producer

I have an opening the Dubuque Iowa for a Personal Lines Sales Rep/Producer. This is with an independent agency and not one of those "start your own agency" things with a carrier or direct writer. It will have a base plus and the compensation will be terrific. I am having a very hard time finding the right person and would really apprecaite any assostance. Most of my work in Personal Lines has been dealing more with Private Client or High Networth Producers in larger Metro areas.
