Brooke has hit CA like a storm. They have been actively buying and in some cases re-selling agencies here like crazy. There is a ton of info on their website and financials appear solid. I am not sure what their fees are like to buy into a partner agency but they seem to be professional from what I have seen. Good luck on your new agency.
