Where do Insurance companies draw the line?I know profit comes before giving the insured the service he paid for.Why is it when our insured needs us most we have to let him down?

Hm......Bad Faith is one of the attorney brethren's favorite buzz words. You wouldn't be a brethren would you?
Is it bad faith when a guy is paying personal insurance rates, using his vehicle for commercial use and the insurance company questions them about it during a claim?
Is it bad faith when because an insurance contract doesn't cover every possible event under the sun?
Bad faith is an interesting buzz word.
My antenna raises high when I read your "mission" is to gather all the information.
Now that bad faith has been diluted to a buzz word, exactly Are you just fishing for denied claims?
