Need access to Florida home owners insurance markets

I hope that someone can help or point me in the right direction. I need access to write home owners insurance in Florida. I would like to talk to independent agencies that would consider contracts with commission splits. Can commit to volume requirements if I need too, but HAVE to have binding authority. I have been trying to tackle this one for a while. I tried calling on some brokers in Florida with the same markets that I have. I have struck out many times.

I have found some luck with Lexinton Insurance through Bliss and Glennon. www.bgsurplus.com

You may still need to get hooked up with Citizens in the case that you can't get the wind coverage.

I thought Lexington is only for high dollar value homes. I am looking for a market for the $100k to $500k homes.
