info on Employee Information Services company

Has anyone heard about the company, 'Employee Information Services'? I've only seen one review. They are hiring nationally and I wanted to know if anybody could give me some information on them before I join. They specialize in the Federal and College markets. The company is owned by Will Strother and his brother. Thanks for any help.
