Getting Into The Business

I am strongly considering starting an agency w/ Allstate.
I started in insurance several years ago but then went into fin services - so I have my series 7, 66, 65, L & H, P/C, etc.
But I have not worked in an agency - so I need insight into buying an agency or starting one. Right now I am considering working w/ Allstate. They have seemed to make a good starting offer.
Any suggestions? What should I look for? Ask? Watch out for ? : )
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
