Do Not Call List Help

I was wondering where you can "Scrub" potential clients on the internet for the "Do Not Call List." I know some insurance companies have their tie in's so to speak, but what about and Independent agency that wants to do prospecting. How and where can you scrub yours lists. Is there anywhere you can do it for free? Thanks
