I use Superior Access also. I like NIA better because they have a lot more personal lines markets, pay better commissions, and don't charge borker fees.

InsagentSF, don't waste your time with these whippy webb site broker houses like NIA, Superior access and others their leaches. There good for the new guys but not a Season professional like you. I gave you a real live 100% commission carrier that will most likely appoint you if you can sale your self. If you have been selling commercial and you feel your book is large enough to do it on your own , then this is a no brainier dude. Their coverage's and rate are extremely competitive. Home Auto commerical umbrellas.

If you can get appointed with CIG you will be stoked. Their rates are great. They are very selective though. They don't want too many agents per city and they want 1 mil in production in two years.

Porter, I am going to be frank. You new agents and lets say seasoned ones looking for easy carriers there are none!!!
You should know that everything is negotiable. Sh*# if Noah could negotiate with the God then why can't you. CIG, OMI all bend the rules especially in CA. Bring something to the table. Geeeeeee how the hell do you guys market/Sell to insured's. Man I wish I could tell you what I have gone through to get to this point.

Superior Access is the answer. They can give you Direct Appointments for $750 and $25 a month. I just got one. The companies offered were One Beacon, Safeco and Encompass.
