Terible place to work. They have a rigid top down management style. Very heirarchal, stiff and unfriendly. I work in the legal department and it sucks. Stay away.

I haven't worked for them but when I lived in NH, they seemed to go through a lot of help. Constantly had ads in the paper.

Good place to start as a producer because they have an excellent training program and you get to know all of the large accounts in your area. Eventually, the smart people leave because they learn that the grass is greener as an independent.

As a veteran Executive Recruiter - I think Liberty Mutual is an excellent place to recruit from. They hire great people and train them very well.

Good luck!!!
