Description of operations

I would like to know if anyone has a template or knows where to get one that will help with description of operations for commercial p&c accounts. I have ps4 and silverplume but my interest is in a series of questions that will help an agent develop a description of operations.

If you have Silverplume/Sage, select ISO & Related Class Tables, select your class of business. When you get to the specific page for the class you want, scroll down and use the AM Best BUG option which will give you the hazard guide for each line of business, risk description, SIC Codes, and Narrative of Business by line of coverage, ending with u/w questions. This is a very helpful tool as it tells you what the "normal" risks involved in the class of business and helps you to know what questions to ask, parameters to follow, etc. when u/w the risk.
