Selling my P&C book in MS

I am moving to TN and am looking to sell my very small book of business. How much should I ask for it? $45,000 premium, all personal lines, mostly flood, auto, wind and home. Please help!

If the premium only totals $45,000, I would ask an agent to service it and pay a small percentage of any renewal commissions subsequent to the actual renewals on a monthly basis. Yes, this might amount to $100.00 per month depending upon the retention of the business we are speaking of.
Seriously, I doubt anyone would purchase a book of that size.
