NEED AGENTS !!!!! PLEASE APPLY

Hey Everyone !!! I need help. I need professional agents to apply. I own a insurance agency in beautiful south Alabama. My office is approx. 11 miles north of the Gulf of Mexico. I need agents that can actually "learn" something new, read carrier guidelines, get complete info for quotes to be given and SELL a policy. We build relationships in our office, not just write a policy. Own market is horrible for homes, mobile homes and condo's but the coverage is needed and required in many cases. The average rate is $2000. I am tired of hearing : "I didnt know that", "I thought....", " I dont know why...", "I assumed..".
