What WC markets are available in PA for contractors?

AIG, PMA, State Fund. Any others?

Try Applied Underwriters. They have two unique products and write difficult to place classes. They recently entered PA as they now own their own carrier w/an A 8 Rating. I've been working with Mike who is a territory rep.
