small agency growing rapidly, but it seems as though we just service all the time. ( 3-producers 4 total in office)

Service is the Insurance Business. But are you doing busy work or service work? Had a life guy come into the P&C business - after a few months he decieded he didn't want to work that hard - said there is to much time spent adding or deleting an auto every month for some clients.
Are you selling good clients or the kind of client that buys over the phone for price. Get one on price lose them on price. Spend time developing accounts - if they don't own anything then your doing what we have done - cash flow!
