Will Bank of America keep Countrywide Insurance Division?

Will BofA look to keep the Countrywide Insurance Division and attempt to branch out into the P&C world? Or are there some other big insurance companies looking to purchase the Balboa group and take them off BofA's hands? BofA obviously has their hands full with CFC.
