Memorial for deceased at place of work

An insured emailed me advising one of the owners had passed away and wanted to have a memorial at his shop. What insurance exposures can you think of in this situation? I told him, although maybe unlikely, that if it was a religious memorial that one of the employees could claim discrimination which would be EPLI. Liquor liablity if he decides to serve alcohol. Can you think of any others?
