Anyone Have An Insurance Cluster Agreement?

Me and a few other agents are interested in forming a group, or cluster of 4 or 5 agents through a limited partnership arrangement. Does anyone have an example of a "cluster agreement" that would provide for a buyout provision, and cover the other concerns of the members? If someone could point me to website that has examples of these types of contracts, that would be great. Thanks in advance to all that contribute.
