Assuming you have a multi-lines insurance agency...

Your objective with added services is to gain more revenue from current clients or strengthen relationships with current clients.

Here are lines I see ignored by most agencies:
-Long Term Care
-Disability
-Annuities
-Pet Insurance
-Pre-paid legal plans

Commercial lines - add consulting services in risk management, claims management, loss control.

Set up a division that consults on insurance instead of selling - fee basis.

Scott;

Thank you so very much for responding. We have a list of value-added services that we provide to our potential customers, but would like to name the list something other than "value added services". We're looking for "out of the box" names for this. Some of the suggestions proposed are Client Enhancement Services, Proactive Services, Premium Unique Advantage, Relationship Builders, Above and Beyond; Strategic Development Practices; Our Fundamentals; and more. Was just looking for other suggestions to propose. If anyone has a suggestion as to another name for "value added services", I'm definitely open to hearing your suggestion. Thanks!

Are these names you're looking for supposed to be used externally as well as internally?

The alternative name for the Value-Added Services would be used both internally and externally. We're looking for something that would stand out in a potential client's mind as to the additional services our agency provides to it's clients. What do you call your "Value-Added Services"?

How about top-ups or add-ons?
