I hope that someone can help or point me in the right direction. I need access to write home owners insurance in Florida. I would like to talk to independent agencies that would consider contracts with commission splits. Can commit to volume requirements if I need too, but HAVE to have binding authority. Please leave contact information if you can help.

I have been trying to tackle this one for a while. I tried calling on some brokers in Florida with the same markets that I have. I have struck out many times.

You may still need to get hooked up with Citizens in the case that you can't get the wind coverage.

I thought Lexington is only for high dollar value homes. I am looking for a market for the $100k to $500k homes.
