Need Stats

I am in quick need of a couple of stats for a Monday presentation and can't seem to put my hand on them anywhere
now. I need to know the ratio (1/10 or whatever) of homes that are involved in either fire or burgulary I think
those two are combined, also the source.
Next, I need the national average response time for the same two. Seems like that one was 13 minutes whether it
was fire truck or police car rolling. Oh, this last one was for a home with a monitored alarm system.
