Should you be making more money?
My firm is researching a topic that is on every salesperson's mind - should I be making more money? Some insurance agencies/brokerages have amazing compensation plans, and others not so much. Where do you currently fit? If you feel you should be making more money for the amount of work you put in every day, the amount of resources you have access to (or don't have access to), and the amount of new business you sell, then what keeps you at your current firm? How do agencies that pay less retain their valuable employees? We're looking for feedback surrounding this very taboo topic.
