Hi all,
I plan on going into business for myself selling commercial property casualty insurance to small to mid size businesses. I will be starting without a current book of business. The groups you may want to consider joining is a cluster, alliance or network. While some assocations do provide you with markets, a cluster type group is a better option in a number of ways. Please search this forum for "clusters" you will find a piece I wrote about this. Also check out my website, I have a list of these organizations as well as Associations.
