You can go to LearnInsurance.com. They offer affordable insurance pre-licensing courses so you can easily pass the actual exam.

I suggest you buy the book entitled "Real Estate Broker Exam: The Complete Preparation Guide." It provides information and practice questions covering various brokers' practices and principles. Good luck.
