Any one have experience with this company? Seems to provide a platform for more personal lines business. How does it compare to other platforms like SmartChoice etc.?

Doing what you are doing now by asking for feedback is the right thing to do, you should also reach out in different ways by going contacting members directly and at random to get their feedback on any given group.
