Benelect wrap around plans

We are looking to place one of our group health accounts with Benelect which is a wrap around plan. I wanted to see if anyone else has used them. how is their service and coverage? Thanks

We used them a few years ago and it was an absolute nightmare. It was so bad the group ended up going to back to their original plan and the carrier was willing to backdate the coverage.
I don't know if they have changed since then, but I would be very cautious.
