In response to the previous question of "what is your biggest pain as an agent?", I 'm curious what kind of response this question will get.

Having been in the retail end for over 15 years, I would have to say DELIVERING in time of need; making that arrangement for housing after a fire or delivering a life insurance check to the widow. Nothing pleasured me more than my insurer coming through and doing what it was suppose to do, pay the claim promptly and what is owed the insured.

The most fulfilling thing for me is not only satisfying the client's needs but also winning the client's business.

1) Fulfilling client needs and solving clients problems. Offering "peace of mind".
2) Delivering on promises-ie Claim payments.
3) Getting referrals from satisfied clients.
4) Every client is different-No two days are ever the same.

The honest, sincere gratitude of a client.
Whether that be handling a claim or managing an issue to their satisfaction.

Last week I wrote a new household whose insurance program was a mess and they had
no idea what was going on. His brother referred him to me. I spent some time reviewing,
explaining, and deciphering. When they left the appreciation was evident and I knew that I
just acquired a long term client.
Those are the moments that allow you to take some pride in yourself. at least for me.
