Per project E&O for Architects and Engineers

Good morning folks, I'm a retail agent in Washington State and I am looking for a market willing to write Architects and Engineers E&O policies on a per project basis. I have a client who thinks this might be the better way for them to provide their coverage. I believe an annualized policy will still prove to be more cost effective for them in the long run but told them I'd be willing to see what we could find. Any ideas?
