In your opinion, which carriers offer the best POS / web portals for agents? which are the ones that offer the worst tools?

Grange & Progressive are exceptional.

This will probably be a common answer, but Progressive is among the best. Germania's program (TX carrier) is really great.

Allstate is abhorrent.

What about Kemper, I heard they were good?
