Beasley, Chubb and CNA all have good coverage forms and options.

Big-I state associations have a wonderful product with Beazley (it's a member -only benefit policy form that is slot rated for agencies under 5M in revenue). It's actually a bit better in sub-limit coverages (and pricing) then their regular Beazley form available through various distribution channels. You should contact your Big-I state association for information.

Philadelphia also has a great policy form and in some states it's written on an admitted basis. You can cherry pick which coverage parts you want included (which also affects price). Most of the quotes I've seen are slightly over $3k.

Markel has one; but they seem to target medical practices with their product (I have not seen it priced well for insurance agent's).

Are there any carriers whose cyber that you can package on their BOP/PKG approaches the value of some of the standalone policies?

Next week we're hosting a webcast with one of our ad partners about presenting and writing cyber business. Probably worth a look.
