Tony Wilkie had a good idea. He helped lots of agents save money while automating. Then, Tony wanted to cash out. He sold out to Jim Kellner. Goodbye, friendly easy to deal with personel. Hello, voice mail hell.
I can't wait until we are told that, in order to better serve us, we will be converted to Applied.
