How to form Association

I want to form Association for Architects in Nothern California. Does anyone know what legal papers should i file if any to form one?
Go to Secretary of State's website
http://www.ss.ca.gov/business/
It will tell you exactly what to do, what to file, how to etc..... or you could pay an attorney to do the work for you.
