Does anyone know if this is a good company to work for as a Relationship specialist

Much depends upon which office, what department and who you'll be working for. Overall, the answer is yes. However, there are certain offices that are a "good ol' boys club", and have some producers that treat staff like crap (but that's true almost anywhere).

From what I hear, that office is actually very well run

Great Company to work with -- but don't expect to retire there. At least there used to be a "use um' and lose um'" approach. This was a long time ago-- it's like most things in life, they too have probably changed.
