Are there more insurance forums? chats? etc.? or this is the only one?

Hello shemeshka, remember me? Call me when you get a chance tomorrow afternoon.

There are many other forums but not very interesting. I'm also not sure if I can list other forums on this site.

I don't think anyone here would have a problem if you sent links to other forums. And if it is a problem, send the links via private message! I'd like to see other forums as well.

why is it that you see the same people spending countless hours on forums? Do they not produce business? One in particular, whom I shall not name, has stated that she is new to the business. If you spend all day "chatting" how the hell are you ever going to sell anything.
I enjoy some of the topics, just scanning for info, but not to the extent of joining or reading every single forum out there.
Stategizing is great-execution is greater!

speaking as an underwriter - any time not spent underwriting should be spent chasing more business to underwrite.

I peruse the forum every day when the IJ arrives via e-mail, but other than that 5 minutes, who has time to spend "chatting"? Pick up the phone and chat up someone that will send you business.

You guys are assuming that all of us on this forum are making their livings off of commission income. Some of us aren't.
