Vertafore (AMS360) Customer Service is just awful.

Trying something here... Maybe a little public humiliation will make Vertafore see the error of their ways.
Opened up a support case almost two weeks ago... It has not even been assigned, let alone addressed. This has happened before with them, open a case and it is ignored until I have to call them.
I noticed when my old management system got bought out by Vertafore that the tech support went downhill fast. Then my rating system got bought out by Vertafore, same thing. What had been great tech support became lousy tech support.
Used to be able to call and, at worst, get a call back within 5-minutes.
So, let's see how long it takes them to get back to me this time.
