What would you like to see in the Forums?

State specific items would be a great addition to the forums.

We'll take a look at adding state data and filtering in a couple weeks.

Should we limit this feature to the "Hard-to-Place markets" forums? or allow all new topics an option to associate a state?

I would really appreciate it if the forum links in the Daily Headlines email would link to the relevant page of a discussion when it is a multipage discussion. A perfect example is this topic, the Daily Headlines email I received today listed this discussion in the New Discussions in the Forums section, but the link takes one to page 1 of this discussion, not page 2 where the recent posts reside.
