Had interview with an AIG office here in SE MI and did not even finish filling out paper work. Had a very bad feeling about the office.

While I waited for my interview 2 people called in to cancel policies (in the matter of 20 mins) and the admin. people fielding the calls were horrid. They were abrasive and eager to get the caller off the phone. Then during my interview a policy holder comes in and demands to see the manager...lol. Not good!

Sure this is not the case with most AIG offices. Feel that this office was under questionable management to say the least.

Oh, the assistant manager had a hole in his pants..LOL..I kid you not.

Logan,

What type of insurance was this office selling? Non-standard auto?

Thanks

No sir,

Life,LTC, Disabilty, everything but P&C.

Was disapointed really as the company benifits were numerous but just feel that management was questionable to say the least. Again this was a AIG office not a broker or the like.
I took my ap with me.. Did not want to even have my info on file with them. In the future did not want to say had applied with them over that joke.
