Newbie Seeks Info on Buying a Book

Post by Agile »

I am looking to buy a book from a small to medium size producer in AZ. For those that have either had succes or been burned after an accuisition are there any pointers you can give.
I am aware of the main risks but there is alot to look out for and not much that I have been able to find to buy. Would love to hear any war stories, tips, or notices of sale..... thanks!

Dont have a book for you, but I would love to help you with getting E&O insurance if you haven't already. Shoot me an email......... Im in California. I can tell you that carrying E&O insurance on yourself (or Company) is truly the only way to protect yourself. You could incorporate to protect your personal assets however corporations can be by passed depending on the claim. The risks are many more than I can type, the simple truth is that you can be sued for anything, by anyone, at anytime. Arizona is becoming a much more litigous state due to California residents moving there by the truck loads. If you would like to discuss things further or have particular questions send me an email.

I have my own business myself and specialize in E&O (Professional Liability).
