Family Heritage

Post by cvoorhees »

Hello
Thinking of getting my insurance license, and working for Family Heritage Supplemental Health / LIfe Insurnace.
Is anyone familiar with them, worked for them, had this insurance....?
I am going in for a 2nd interview on Monday, and just wanted to get someone else's input who is familiar with them. They got my resume from Monster.com....ONline.....
I got the letter from them.....

Sorry we can't all be as perfect as you. Maybe you should give typing lessons to all of the agents who type worse than you but make more money.

Family Heritage is similar to AFLAC and offer supplemental medical coverage. It is not the most prestigious type of insurance to sell and those type of products typically return less to the consumer than other forms of insurance. I think you will find limited interest in people wanting that kind of insurance. They have a web site with no real substance - more hype than anything else. I would pass on them and look for something more mainstream.

You ever think of checking with the local Property & Casualty offices. They are always looking for people that REALLY WANT TO WORK. They get a good producer and you get leads. The bottom line is you still have to burn the midnight oil to get going. :D
